• When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy goods.

• We will send you a confirmation email to accept your order – this forms our contract.

• All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

• All products are subject to availability.

• We aim to keep stock levels accurate, but may cancel orders if items are out of stock.

• Product colours and details may vary slightly from screen images.

• All items are designed for personal use only, not for resale.

• We deliver only to UK addresses.

• Standard delivery takes 2 – 4 working days; Express takes 1 – 2 working days.

• Free delivery on all orders over £75.

• Risk of damage or loss passes to you once your order is delivered.

• You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags attached.

• Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Refunds are processed within 10 working days of receiving your return.

• All designs, text, images and branding on this site are the property of Still Form Clothing.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use any of our content without written permission.

• Our registered trademark is fully protected.

We supply goods for personal use only.

We are not liable for any business losses, indirect damages, or costs beyond the purchase price of the item.
