Order Processing

All orders are checked and packed within 1 – 2 working days once payment is confirmed.

We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched, including tracking details for express services.

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout – we cannot be responsible for items sent to incorrect details provided by you.

Delivery Notes

If no one is available to accept delivery, Royal Mail will leave a calling card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Delays are rare, but may happen due to weather, carrier issues or busy periods – we will contact you promptly if this occurs.

We are unable to deliver to PO box addresses.
